职位描述
招聘：机加SQE 2名，电气/电子SQE 1名，铸造SQE 2名，锻造SQE 1名，采购工程师2名
工作职责
1. 根据流程进行供应商评估和开发工作；
2. 零部件开发过程中先期质量策划和管理；
3. 负责对供应商零部件的机加工艺的能力进行评估；
4. 国内外供应商质量管理和技术支持，成本改善的管理；
5. 负责向供应商反馈质量信息和客户要求；
6. 与供应商紧密合作，迅速解决质量问题；
7. 协调不合格品的遏制、返工及报废处理；
8. 确认、跟踪供应商承诺的整改措施；
9. 协助工程更改的实施；协助SQE主管确认并签署供应商PPAP文件
10. 供应商的质量统计分析与绩效评估；
背景要求：
1．专科以上学历，机械、内燃机相关专业；
2. 有3年以上的供应商质量管理工作经验；
3. 熟悉TS16949质量管理体系和供应商质量管理体系；熟悉供应商评审、零部件评审、质量体系评审和供应商持续改进；
4. （机加SQE）： 熟悉机械加工的工艺与产品检测；能评审与分析产品检测的合理性与科学性,熟悉发动机零部件加工与检测者优先；
（电气/电子SQE)： 熟悉汽车电气/电子零部件制造工艺， 在汽车电子零部件制造行业有质量管理经验者优先；
（铸造SQE/锻造SQE）： 有金属材料学/铸造/锻造专业背景或工作经验，熟悉发动机铸造/锻造技术原理及工艺，有发动机铸造/锻造零件SQE管理经验者优先；
（采购工程师）：有2-3年采购经验，有机械方面工作背景，发动机零件采购优先。有采购师证书优先；
5. 能熟练使用CAD制图软件；
6. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
7. 在汽车零部件制造或发动机行业有质量管理经验者优先；
8. 英语流利者优先。

GEEO Automotive is an international automotive engineering services company which provides vehicle engineering, show car design and build, and prototype fabrication services to automotive OEM and Tier supplier companies.
