Job Responsibilities:
1.Carrying out legal research (local laws, regulatory and cases etc.) and case analysis/preparation with legal opinions and status of all legal matters;
2.Preparing basic legal documents including carrying out initial draft/preparation of business contracts (sales, supply chain management etc. related contracts) and other legal documents;
3.Involve in the contract review and negotiation
4.Regional subsidiary management by assisting in developing company policies and preparing corporate legal documents;
5.Regional contract management including update/maintain contract templates and filings etc.
6.Coordination with internal functions/business unites and external partners;
7.Other ad hoc related to legal matters.

Job Requirements:
1.Above 3 years working experience as paralegal, associate legal counsel in MNCs;
2.Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to meet tight timeframes and prioritize effectively;
3.Strong sense of responsibility with proactive approach and teamwork;
4.Good interpersonal skills both internally and externally;
5.Fluent spoken and written English.
6.Able to handle multi-tasks in a short period.
7.Should be a quick leaner and timely response to the requests.
