职位描述：
采购：
1、按ISO9001标准建立规范的采购工作流程和采购管理制度并组织实施。
2、负责供应商的选择、评价、动态管理，建立合格供应商档案，负责对供应商的年度评审。
3、组织与供应商的谈判，以获得有竞争力的价格、质量和服务，有效控制采购风险。
4、负责控制采购全过程，对供应商生产过程实行动态跟踪管理，以满足公司客户采购商品的质量、价格、交货期的要求。
5、负责对供应商产品的技术、质量问题及时与供应商相应的质量、生产管理部门或厂级领导沟通，协助其解决。督导并协助供应商生产流程再造，促进供应商建立质量管理制度，加强质量管理，不断改进产品质量。
6、负责采购文件和资料的归档、管理。
技术：
1、掌握国外采购商产品的技术和质量要求、生产工艺和检验标准，参加采购商的技术质量交底和有关洽谈会议。从公司外销部门获取产品的需求信息，还包括产品的材质、规格、尺寸、加工工艺、产品性能。
2、负责对国外客户的图纸和样品转化为我公司的图纸，负责制定产品检验方法、标准和规范。并对产品的相关技术要求和检验规范与供应商交底和指导。
3、负责编制销售产品的材料定额、工艺路线，核定采购产品的成本及报价。
4、熟悉产品在目标市场的技术状态变化，根据市场实际需求和客户使用情况，评估产品技术指标，设计合理的使用规则，提供专业的技术建议
5、负责技术资料的归档、管理。
品管和品保：
1、负责组织采购产品的过程检验和最终出厂检验，对产品质量负全责；
2、负责组织对供应商提供的样品及其检验报告进行核实分析，并做出是否合格的判定；
3、负责对采购产品的较重大技术、质量问题进行分析并处理。
4、负责品管和品保资料、样品的归档、管理。
管理
1、按ISO9001标准规范本部门管理标准和规章制度，负责本部门员工的管理、月度绩效考评；
2、负责做好供应链内部会议，做好信息的上传下达。
3、依照公司要求进行部门的团队建设，进行企业文化的宣扬，做好本部门员工相互之间的沟通工作。
4、培养下属员工，对下属进行培训和工作上的指导与督促，帮助下属尽快的成长。

任职资格:
1、30岁以上；
2、第一学历为全日制大学本科，国内名牌大学机械专业；
3、工作年限：8年以上，至少五年以上机械类工厂工作经验、三年以上工厂技术工作经验，有管理经验、贸易公司工作经验优先；
4、熟悉ISO9001标准及全面质量管理；熟悉机械类相关产品的加工工艺过程以及产品的技术性能及质量要求；
5、有较好的组织能力和协调能力，高度的责任心，分析判断能力强，执行能力强，对各种产品的学习能力强；

Purchasing:
