Scope of Role:
- Gather, analyze, and present Consumer Banking Operations performance data to identify opportunities for improvements related to key country/group objectives.
- MIS & data management, condense data into performance and segmental reporting that highlights key trends and issues for senior management.
- Assist line manager to provide business planning and coordination support for Consumer Banking Operations
- Carry out periodical process assessments within the company to ensure compliance with group process standards.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
- Business planning and coordination for CB Operations, including monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators, establishing and maintaining appropriate processes/mechanisms for efficient tracking and monitoring.
- Prepare and consolidate different MIS tracking reports and analysis to measure and monitor Individual and SME portfolio.
- Assist in the development, updating and communication of the reports for CB Operations.
- Assist in the development and preparation of dashboards for business decision making.
- Deliver on-time and high quality regulatory reports.
- Maintain a library of current process and report, collect and analyze measurement data to continually improve the process and report to increase the productivity.
- Coordinate and work with Finance, IT and other Operational units to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- At least 8 years relevant experience in banking industry, preferably with good understanding of products and services.
- Conversant with MS Office, SAS, SQL and C#.
- Strong logical and analytical mind.
- Able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as business sense.
- Good at communication, coordination and documentation.
- Fluency in both spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
