职位描述
The Vice President of Sales has full responsibility for leading one of the most important division sales team in this company. This leadership position requires a steadfast commitment to meeting national sales targets and entails design of sales policies and processes, monitoring and implementing best practices, developing a strong organizational plan, compensation standards, and exciting career path options. The VP Sales is the leader of a 300 person salesforce and will directly manage regional sales managers for all markets as well as the central sales audit team.

Job Responsibilities:
leadership of regional sales managers
driving sales team nationally to hit budgeted revenue targets
develop and manage national sales processes, procedures, and operating standards
determine key sales KPIs and monitor national performance against these
develop sales audit system and perform regular auditing of sales teams
develop solid methods to collect and implement best practices among teams
build and manage non-financial reward and recognition system for top performers
oversee national sales reporting and data collection and maintain data/report integrity
be an active member of the Executive Committee and work collectively with other departments towards company goals
Key Requirements:
ten years relevant work experience in sales and sales management, ideally on a national basis
understanding or experience with modern Chinese consumers and their idiosyncrasies and buying psychology
charisma as a coach, passion as a leader and constant positive energy
good team player able to work closely with other departments
honestly and integrity is an absolute must, down to earth, humble but hard-working and smart
strong ability with numbers, and ability to express thoughts logically and clearly
very strong on detail management and process implementation
