职位描述
Summary: The overall role of brand management is to create consumer demand. She/he is responsible for formulating the brand's long-term strategy, developing new products and executing marketing plans. This role includes defining the brand's portfolio, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies. She/he also executes marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team. She/he is accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume and equity objectives.
Responsibility:
? To initiate and establish Tempo new products pipeline in the next 3 years in China.
? To strengthen Tempo market share and brand equity in China.
? To roll out new Tempo campaign with defined action plan
? To obtain Tempo consumer preference and insight through researches in order to provide the implication for business.
? To establish Tempo business plan
? To close monitor and analyze sales trends and competitor activity
Main Tasks:
? Work with cross-function team and global marketing team to develop new product launch plan, execute launch, and conduct post-launch analysis
? Establish China Tempo business plan and explore Tempo 5 years strategic marketing plan
? Manage defined A&P of brand in the China
? Provide competitors' activities update with new products launch, above the line investment and below the line activity in the holistic market view template
? Involve and steer China Tempo consumer research to obtain consumer insights and behavior.
? Work closely with supplier chain to manage OEM quality and new product development
? Involve Temp communication strategy development in magazine, trade merchandising, packaging, PR , on line and consumer promotion
Key Performance Indicators:
? Achieve net sales/EBMIT/Awareness China Tempo targets
? Secure A&P efficiency and budget according to defined business plan.
? Quality of business review presentation of Tempo China
? Set up tracking KPIs for China Tempo to drive business focus.

Qualifications
Functional skills:
? Experience in the Marketing Position of FMCG for at least 3 years
? Working experience in FMCG industry will be a plus
? Proven track in product development, launch planning, consumer research, PR, promotion and communication/advertising, budget/business plan
? Familiar with strategy setting, business planning and budgeting tasks
? Familiar with long term brand equity management
? Sensitive in responding consumer demands
Personal skills:
? Team player and good interaction with other functions
? Fast learner
? Creativity
? Holistic view, strategic mindset, visionary
? Structured and able to work independently
? Willing to take initiatives in exploring new solutions
? Result orientation
Management skills:
? A university degree is essential
? Fluent in English. Good presentation and communication skills
? Good analytical skills, strong in dealing with numbers.
? Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research
? Working with PR, communication partners, below-the-line agency
