职位描述
Duties:
? Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
? Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
? Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
? Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
? Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
? Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
? Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
? Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
? Evaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs.
? Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
? Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
? Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives.
? Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
? Confers with President and other managers to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives
resulting from current status and conditions.
? Serves as member of management committees on special studies.
Skills:
? Strong sales and operational background
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.
? Good knowledge of key markets; power generation, petrochemical, oil and gas, sanitary, food processing
? Good initiative and ability to work independently.
? Ability to understand financial information and analyze financial aspects of a deal.
? Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced, matrix environment satisfying multiple customers.
? Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
? An excellent team player.
? Effective communicator, Able to tailor approach to audience.
? Excellent verbal skills-logical and organized
