Duties&Responsibilities:

1. Tracking market access status of key products in PLCN
2. Set strategy for market access improvement including pricing, bidding and weak/no presence market penetration
3. Agent recruitment and contract management
4. Help to listing in chain pharmacy and key hospitals although currently leave it to OTC and Ethical teams
5. Ensure the prompt sales data providing from the General Distributor (Zuellig Pharma etc.)
6. Key Accounts Management (including general distribution and local government )
7. Team Management.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor in Medical & Pharmaceutical or related science education background
2.5-10 years experience in Sales Management position in MNC
3.Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities, good problem solving and analytical & negotiation skills.
4.Strong leadership, good communication skills and internal and outside coordination skill.
