职位描述
Training system building and modification
1. Lead Training & Development Team to establish Greater China Learning Center (GCR LC) by identifying the learning needs and setting up the learning process, systems, database management, GCR Learning Center infrastructure and calendar to enhance leadership skills and retail customer service capability. Marketing/communicating training and development efforts.
2. Work with Zegna school, global training team to understand global learning strategy and leverage the resources for GCR LC and share the best practice with other markets.
3. To manage the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program
4. Training policies and processes development.
5. Plan and manage training activity calendar
6. Well organize training resource to deliver the training effectively
7. Be able to conduct training system evaluation independently and develop the action plan

Training design & delivery
1. Be able to design the training course with attractive format, practical content to deliver the training objective effectively
2. Master on training course delivery related skill
3.Select and negotiate with outside consultant companies to deliver training and other organizational effectiveness programs and processes
4. Scan the external environment regularly to identify and bring best organization development practices to Zegna
5. Support the training team to launch retail skill & knowledge certification program across Greater China.
6. Manage the day to day function of GCR Learning center to drive operational efficiency and meet the learning objectives.
7. Qualified as a TTT ( train the trainer) trainer

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering or a related area is required. A Master's degree in T&D/HR or a related area is preferred.
2. This position also requires a minimum of 5-8 years experience in Training & Development, including the experience in curriculum development, organizational design and development.
3. A proven track record of taking initiative and being able to influence key managers is critical. Excellent analytical and communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for dealing customers from all functions. Project management experience is desired.
4. Open for the person who has Asia Pacific regional experience, bi-lingual are required
