Responsibilities:
Establish training and development capability to promote talent development culture in China
Based on company business strategies, formulate and implement systematic and effective training policies, procedures, programs and infrastructure
Conduct annual training needs analysis, develop and implement training plans through internal and external solutions and resources
Establish and maintain training system and tool to track, analyze and report training effectiveness
Build and maintain relationships with internal training resources, external training vendors and other relevant institution
Select, monitor, manage and evaluate program delivery and effectiveness, and continuously initiate actions to enhance effectiveness of training solutions
Post program follow up with participants and managers
As an internal trainer, deliver internal training courses when necessary
Conduct follow up activities after completion of training programs with participants and managers on how well knowledge learnt is applied at work

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 6 years of experience in training, preferable in multinational companies
Experienced in selecting and negotiating contracts for training services
Fluent in spoken and written English
Logical and analytical thinking
Excellent interpersonal skills
