Mission
To lead Shanghai CVS Plant as a part of company global LCC manufacture unit to leverage the advantages of lean enterprise. To deliver competitive product cost and quality structure in order to improve SOM CVS products at local and oversee market

Strategic Objectives

? To be responsible for manufacturing operation and management for Shanghai CVS Plant operation, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, logistics, Engineering.
? To develop a culture for continuous improvement and to assess overall management and staff capability and implement actions to upgrade overall competencies, moral and people quality
? To lead overall business process improvement with emphasis on customer satisfaction and productivity
? To maintain high quality standard of manufactured products to ensure conformity with the product
? To develop strategies to achieve operational KPI's and to manage resources effectively
? To ooptimize resource usage, control inventory and costs and exceed customer expectations
? To oversee all operations in the factory including logistics and distribution of products within China
? To identify and implement continuous product cost reduction
Output

? A structured and competent crossed functional team to turn organizational vision and mission into actions
? Customer satisfaction and productivity as per AOP targets based on business process improvement and financial measures
? ISO and TS compliance
? Leadership commitment and engagement
