Responsibilities:

? Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations;
? Provide tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations;
? Review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports;
? Direct the preparation of annual financial forecasts;
? Oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements;
? Establishment and improvement of internal control system;
? Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all this company China business comply with their legal, statutory and regulatory obligations.
? Represent and report to this company Group Finance and Accounting
? Lead the finance team in China, control the finance and accounting method, practices and procedures of China operations;
? Communicate and agree with product divisions in term of annual budget for China operations and provide the monthly financial report and update to product divisions and China management team
? Review and analyze operations in relation to cost, budgets, forecast and operation policies
? Support the management team in China and product divisions in the development and administration of short and long term financial policies, objectives and plans
? Forecast and manage the cash flow and guide the team in China to make sure financial position of this company's operations in China is healthy
? Ensure major capital expenditure requests comply with budgets, approval system and policies
? Ensure the financial activities comply with group and local relevant laws and regulations, legal demands and professional and ethic standard
? Coach and develop the financial team in China
? Control account receivables and track sales teams for collection
? Pro-actively prepare documents (especially presentation) needed for Head of China
? Coordinate with Group treasure and banks for credit & loans management
? Coordinate with Division and Group controller to get fully alignment of policy & requirement
? Oversee IT/IS system development to meet the needs in China and requirement from Group IT/IS


Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting;
? Substantial managerial experience of financial and accounting, financial control, costing and budgeting, preferably at a multinational company environment
? Self-motivated and teamwork leader;
? Proactive and problem-solving oriented management style;
? Excellent verbal and written English competency;
? Personal strength and integrity on professional stands
? Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and people skills. Sharp focus and judgment;
? A sense of accountability. Determined to deliver results while maintaining a strong customer orientation;
? Ability to drive change while managing policies, processes and procedures in a financial accounting function;
? Strategic mindset;
? Uncompromising standard of business ethics;
? Respectful of people. A team builder who encourages people to grow and take more responsibilities
