Key Responsibilities:


Create qualification programs for supplier's quality abilities, recommend suppliers systematic proposals and improved solutions, and supervise the implementation of improvement activities of suppliers. And at the same time, conduct supplier training to improve supplier capabilities;

Manage, track all aspects of suppliers' work in the phase of new project development, (if necessary) including auditing, tracking suppliers' APQP; perform OTS/PPAP stage reviews;

Coordinate to handle suppliers' progress, quality, capacity and other issues in the development stage, supervise suppliers to complete all the work at each node;

Direct, audit and approve suppliers' inspection plans together with the plants, and implement test methods and means;

Carry out periodic performance assessment for suppliers' quality. Set qualities targets against with assessment results and also urge suppliers to improve continuously;

Conduct and preside seminars for suppliers, deal with all problems relating to product quality, delivery and so on; Urge, guide and supervise suppliers' improvements;

Track and implement engineering changes of supplier's;

20%-50% travel may be required;

Performs other duties as assigned;



Requirements:


Bachelor degree or above;

5-10 years' equivalent work experience in mechanical manufacturing;

Familiar with relevant customers' special requirements applicable with ISO9000 standard and other quality management tools;

Have relatively strong commercial background is a must;

Strong organization, coordination and good problem solving skills. with team spirit;

Pro-actively solve problem and find solutions;

Fluent in written and spoken English is a must;

Good knowledge of MS office, Autodesk, Pro-E or solid works etc.
