职位描述
Responsibilities:
Apply expert knowledge and understanding of corporate human resources functions, processes and the interdependencies of such processes;
Plan, develop and implement China HR management and development strategies in conjunction with the headquarters global HR strategy;
Actively support the management team with the recruitment of key personnel: screening and interviewing, evaluation of applicant skills and recommendations regarding qualifications
Design and implement China compensation structure and other motivational training, retaining and employee development programs to establish a fair and attractive working environment;
Conduct site HR activities such as new employee orientation, as well as administering and explaining benefits to employees;
Resolve labor relation issues as needed;
Implement Training program;
Qualification:
Minimum university degree; MBA a plus
A creative thinker with at least 6-8 years of HR experience in mainland China of handling the creation , development and retention of a dynamic team and building cross cultural working environments (preferably with an international company);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both local employees and ex-pats from various foreign countries;
Mature personality and ready to be accountable for opinions/ actions;
Professional presence and ability to provide a positive company image to the public;
Highest level of confidentiality, integrity and commitment to the job.
