Responsibilities:

Support factories to achieve saving, through implementation of corporate indirect sourcing policy, strategy, e-tools and Kaizen.
Drive factories to source in low cost regions
Local support and coordination with suppliers
Regular review with key suppliers on quality, delivery and cost performance.
Consolidate/leverage spending of logistic, real estate, IT and other indirect spending (travel, marketing, printing, etc).
Assist on local sourcing projects/issues
Other tasks in indirect sourcing assigned

Qualification

Minimum 5 years working experience.
University education. MBA or engineer is plus.
Well developed inter-personal skills and good communication skill, strong negotiation capability.
Ability to work in an autonomous fashion with high self motivation, and the capacity to work in an unstructured environment and deal with a wide range of projects simultaneously.
Fluent English in oral and writing
