Responsibilities:
For Business Line and business development
-Order review if claimed by CS – focus on inspector ability, on site test methods & facilities, and any unclear points for further clarification with client;
-Setup & Maintain work instruction(WI), pre-shipment inspection report(PIR), inspection requirement(IR), checklist, and special instruction(SI) ;
-Make quotation on man-day if claimed by CS – quote man-day based on product complexity, on site test methods, sample size, number of items, number of PO, solid or combined inspection, and so on if applicable;
-Maintain workload matrix and quotation guideline – for CS to quote man-day by product categories and special clients;
-Maintain the content of Job Preparation – for CS to prepare inspection folder, the content shall include but not limited to WI version, PIR version, test facilities, labels, and so on;
-Report review – only applicable for those jobs in the client review list approved by chief technical expert;
-Report revision – if asked by CS, technical expert shall make judgment on acceptance or rejection based on related SOP and make record for future traceability;

For field inspectors
-On field inspector's question – any unclear points on technical related e.g. AQL, inspection criteria, product knowledge, test method & test facilities, inspection judgments on inspection results and defect classification etc..;
-Quality awareness – share with inspectors for those mistakes during report review and complaint cases for not repeating the mistakes again ;
-Training, assessment & refresh– follow CPI program per business line;
-On going training – e.g. WI, training materials and quiz papers are required;

On-site inspection support
-Conduct mystery audit(MAT) and unannounced audit(UAT) - as per inspection quality objectives and focus on high risk clients ;
-Conduct on site verification - for those having argued inspection jobs and potential complaint cases if required;
-Client quality review meeting – if required, for special clients e.g. WM, THD, Kingfisher etc..;
-Other facility visit - if required e.g. inspection document preparation, accompany client to facility, new clients for 1st inspection, inspector’s assessment, self-ability upgrade etc..; and
-Perform any job-related assignments as required.

Requirements:
-University graduate ;
-At lease 6 years inspection experience;
-Good interpersonal and communication skills;
-Knowledge of computer application on OA software;
-Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
