Mission of Function: Main responsibilities:
- Maintain released X-ray products to keep continuous quality improvement
- Implement new requirements from marketing, regulatory, customer service etc.
- Investigate reported problems from customers and production line to provide proper solutions
- Cooperate with different teams to investigate/solve complaints from external and internal customers
- Develop update plan for field update and monitor update implementation
- Screen all service reports to find potential problems and improvement
