- For our Siemens Shanghai Medical Equipment Company in Shanghai, we are look for a Business Administrator.

What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission:
- Manage fixed asset
- Coordinate with GSS A&F in closing
- Support controlling in accounting area

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal: Report to BA manager; work with internal BA members、logistics、
- External: SLC GSS A&F team、NEA A&C, Statistics Bureau, In-charge Tax Bureau etc.

Tasks:
- Accounting
1) FA - Check the asset master data、prepare the asset report、organize fixed assets physical count annually
2) GL - Monthly perform compliance review about GL journals based on guideline、prepare GL vouchers
3) Closing - Cooperate with GSS A&F team and support controlling in month-end closing. Prepare financial reports

Controlling
- Prepare the figures required by statistics bureau and perform the enterprise annual inspection

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance Management

Knowledge / Language
- Familiar with Accounting policy/ IFRS/ PRC GAAP/Tax policy, CICPA is a plus;
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel、Access and PowerPoint
- Familiar with ERP system, e.g. SAP is preferred

Experience
- At least 3 years finance experience in multinational manufacturing company
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, open-minded and good team work.
- Smooth communication, quick learning, problem solving and analytical skills are required
