2. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目标
Organize and coordinate the works assigned to his/her in the functional section;
组织与协调在功能组中其所分配到的工作；
Assure Roche GSP (Global Standard & Process) compliance within the functional section and workplace;
确保在其功能组及工作场所，遵守罗氏 GSP（全球标准操作程序）；
Provide efficient services to complete the PQS (GSP050_sop028951_1.0_Maintenance and Calibration) implementation;
提供高效的服务，完成 PQS（GSP050_sop028951_1.0_维护与校准）文件的执行。
3. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责
Responsibilities to include hands-on involvement with the implementation of the requirements and processes described in GSP050_sop028951_1.0 (Maintenance and Calibration) for site HVAC systems, BAS (Building Automation System) and BMS (Building Monitoring System) systems.
责任包括亲自为厂区暖通空调系统、楼宇自控系统及楼宇监视系统，执行有关GSP050_sop028951_1.0（维护与校准）中描述的要求和操作程序。
Individual will be responsible for the preparation of Maintenance Master Data & Information, Scheduled Maintenance & Maintenance Work Instructions, as well as the readiness for Maintenance Work Documentation Audits.

Responsibilities will include/ 职责包括：
? Provide results from system impact assessments and criticality assessments.

? Provide master data needed for Setup Maintenance process.

? Identify assets requiring maintenance.

? Determine calibration parameters.

? Initiate change control for asset modification, changes in the process in which the assets are used, or changes in the use of assets.

? Locate assets reported as missing.

? Report asset failures and suspected out of specification conditions to Maintenance.

4. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书
Must possess a BS degree (equivalent or higher) in HVAC or mechanical-electronical engineering and must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on facility engineering service experience in the pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry.
