职位：临床运营总监/医学总监

上级主管：运营副总裁或首席医务官

作为高层管理团队的一员，临床运营总监/医学总监负责领导临床方案的规划和执行，保护企业知识产权资产和价值，为实现公司的目标作贡献。

具体职责：

?　监督临床运营，其中包括临床运营人员（项目经理，临床监察员，临床协调员，质量分析和控制，法规事务，数据管理和生物统计）；

?　领导临床研究活动，包括但不限于方案、病例报告表和所有其他研究材料的开发、法规事务、专家和研究中心管理、研究执行和监测、培训和SOP、质量控制、数据采集和管理、统计分析和研究报告等；

?　与IT总监协调，支持开发和应用VitalSystem、VitalEDC、VitalHIS、VitalManage；

?　配合临床研发部门，开展企业的沟通、医学写作、出版、项目开发工作；

?　准备方案及向潜在客户或合作者作专题报告。

任职资格：

?　很强的理解力、对于临床研究、实效研究、流行病学研究、以人群为基础的公共卫生研究的所有阶段有着良好的经验，并有能力解释临床前和临床数据、设计并执行临床试验、管理法规事务（美国食品药物管理局/欧洲药品局/国家食品药品监督管理局）。

?　强有力的领导技能同时清楚了解并致力于公司的目标，并能够与关键客户、合作伙伴和合作者维持高道德、监管和科学标准的专业关系。

?　表现出实干风格以及组织管理和事务轻重缓急的优先次序能力，以及在使用行业标准的项目管理工具的同时能有创造性和建设性的方法以兼顾主要股东的利益。? 　极强中英文沟通交流能力，能用双语撰写高标准的科学报告和项目进展汇报。

?　研究生学位（医学总监须有博士/医学博士），在美国，欧洲，日本或中国获得是首选。如果学位达不到此要求，可考虑拥有丰富的相关经验、能展示领导力和远见的能力的特殊情况者。

?　有跨国制药公司，全球性的CRO工作经验或私营/学术研究机构的首席研究员的经验最优考虑。

Job Description

Job Title:Clinical Operation Director/Medical Director

Supervisor:Vice President of Operation or Chief Medical Officer

As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Clinical Operation or Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership to the planning and execution of clinical programs, guarding corporate intellectual assets and values, making contribution toward achieving company objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

·Oversees Clinical Operation which includes clinical operation staff (project manager, CRAs, SCs, QA/QC, regulatory affairs, data management and biostatistics);

·Leads clinical research activities, which include but not limited to protocol, CRF and all other study material development, regulatory affairs, investigator and site management, study execution and monitoring, training and SOP, quality control, data capture and management, statistic analysis, and study reporting;

·Coordinates with IT Director to support the development and application of VitalSystem (VitalEDC, VitalHIS, VitalManage);

·Coordinates with Clinical Development department for corporate communication, medical writing, publication, and project development

·Prepares proposals and make presentations to prospective clients or collaborators

Qualifications:

·Strong understanding and experience in all phases of clinical studies, outcomes research, epidemiology study, population-based public health research, and the ability to interpret pre-clinical and clinical data, design and execute clinical trials, and manage regulatory affairs (FDA/EMEA/SFDA).

·Strong leadership skills with a clear understanding and commitment to company goals and objectives, and the ability to build professional relationships with key customers, partners, and collaborators while maintaining the high ethical, regulatory and scientific standards.

·Demonstrated hands on and can-do style as well as the ability to organize, prioritize, and use industry standard project management tools while creating and maintaining alignments with key stake holders.

·Strong communication and language skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to produce high standard scientific reports and project updates and to conduct two-way translation.

·Post graduate degree (PhD/MD for Medical Director) obtained in the US, Europe, Japan or China is preferred. Special cases with extensive experience, demonstrated leadership, and sound visionary will be considered if lack of advanced degree.

·Experience in multi-national pharmaceutical company, global CRO, or lead investigator experience in private/academic research institution is highly preferred.

华斯泰生命策略研究所（VitalStrategic Research Institute）（以下间称“华斯泰＂)是一所致力于临床II-IV期开发研究，循证医学、流行病学、以及实效临床研究（outcomes research）的新型国际研究机构。除临床研究外，华斯泰还精于医学培训和通讯、医学信息管理、和医药经济学研究。华斯泰推崇循证医学并且同【中国医师协会】共同协办【中国实效研究和循证医学高峰会】年会。从2008年起，华斯泰研究所同【中国心血管医师协会（CCCP）】和【中国内分泌代谢医师协会（CEA）】共同创立了【中国心血管代谢病系列研究（CCMR）】并负责CCMR所有研究项目的具体执行工作。华斯泰同时还同【中国医师协会】协作主办了“心血管代谢疾病协作临床研究委员会”并负责其所有临床研究的执行。华斯泰位于美国费城，在中国设有上海华斯泰医学咨询有限公司，提供研究项目的执行、管理、监查、数据管理和分析、项目报告等全球服务。
