职位描述
This position is responsible for strategic supplier base development for production material and non-production material
Main Accountabilities: A specific description of your main weekly/monthly/yearly responsibilities, please not this is not your concrete annual target or objectives.
? Search and evaluate new World Class suppliers in China for Mahle Asia Pacific plants for both production material and non-production material.
? Responsible for ensuring assigned suppliers to maintain desired quality performance and consistency of the purchased material.
? Perform suppliers audit according to MAHLE supplier audit manual to evaluate suppliers’ capability.
? Manage APQP efforts at suppliers and maintain APQP tracking list.
? Evaluate and assist suppliers in APQP activities including effective FMEA, control plan, flow-charts, SPC, problem solving, PPAP submission, run & rate etc
? Conduct gap analysis when necessary for supplier continuous improvement initiatives.
? Implements quality assurance programs in conjunction with supplier development actions to improve the overall quality, productivity and efficiency of the suppliers.
? Facilitates problem solving techniques and activities relating to engineering or manufacturing issues including root cause identification, corrective and preventive actions development and monitoring, preventive and verification activities, etc
? Coordinates the testing of product samples, documenting result for APQP/PPAP/PSW submissions and approvals, and maintains necessary documentation and evidence files.
? Take full responsibilities to plan and assure delivered quality of procured parts.
? Perform risk and quality analysis at suppliers.
? Ensure full commitment and support for training, communication, health and safety, housekeeping and personal discipline.
Qualification Requirement
Professional Competence: ? Familiar with TS16949/ VDA6.1 system with internal auditor certificate
? Knowledge of foreign standards and working practices
? Technical manufacturing and process knowledge plus commercial experience will be necessary.
? Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with solid knowledge of IT tools and methods
? Ensuring that corrective action system is in place for the supplier defects
? Performing analytical investigation and metrology tasks
? Good time management and organizing skills
? Able to prioritize tasks and actions with the instructions from the supervisors
? Team player and strong sense of responsibility skill, proficiency in written and spoken English
? Experience in project management to deliver a sourcing project from enquiry to production
Personnel Competence: ? Able to work under pressure as an individual and in a team, the ability to persistent
? Confidence to deal with all levels of management internally and overseas.
? Action oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals
Leadership/Management Competence:
