Basic Requirements:

1) With basic knowledge of automotive way of working, cushion and textile, familiar with MS Office, in particular Excel

2) Textile or cushion engineering background.

3) Basic knowledge in statistics and Quality Management

4) Good listening, speaking and written capability in English

5） Good communication skill and team work

6) Analytic approach, curious to learn, continuous improvement, contribute to best practice

Responsibility:

1) Support local/regional/global activities of Global D Textile Team for Fabric, Sewing-Thread and Non-Woven

2) Obtain and analyze material data from suppliers

3) Support qualification of Suppliers and Materials, define test plans, monitor timing, review data

4) Conduct material testing, e.g. at external laboratories

5) Support development of new materials

6) Compile data for analysis for local/regional and global material Engineering

7) Prepare and update documentation related to qualification of changes in the supply chain (e.g. Process, Equipment, Raw Material)

8) Administration of textile engineering data and documents in PLM

9) GPM, local support for GPM (Global Product Management ) activities for Fabric, Non-Woven, and Sewing-Thread
- set-up and maintenance of PNs
- maintain EDR data
- support flag-status review
- monitoring of standard materials

10) Support GDP activities

11) Follow up with suppliers on Specification changes, and implementation of procedures

12) Track action plans with suppliers

13) Work with Textile SQE to improve management of products and suppliers

14) Support engineering change request procedure & confirm feasibility, prepare test plan, and estimate time/cost

15) Provide technical support related to material to cushion -/module engineering and plants

16) Contribute to continuous improvement, innovations and standardization;

17) Complete the works arranged by Group manager & Department manager.
