Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain academic relationships and develop partnership with relevant external parties

- Implement project planning and reporting

- Write the various presentations and reports requested in the mission

- Build the technical approaches; share its/her vision with the global R&D Manager (Scientific Director, Domain director)

- Update the dedicated program site on the intranet for timely globally communication

- Maintain an up-to-date specific bibliographical and intellectual property survey write and publish (internally) updated bibliographic and IP report

- Seeks for opportunities for precise targeting of the project

- Polish and refine existing technical approach through constant improvement

- Anticipate potential threats (competition, new technologies, new regulation, etc.)

- Gets and maintains a strong knowledge of AL quality procedures, HSE procedures and regulation during the technical development

- Identifies causes of dysfunction and proposes appropriate corrective measures

Requirements:

- Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering

- Above 5 years experience in Process sector, prefer leadership exposure

- Strong analytical capability, analyze trends, identify root of problems

- Proactive, open minded

- Strong learning skill, can work independently

- Good English both in oral and written
