Responsibilities:
1. Be able to perform a variety of secretarial duties from taking care of clerical work and minor administrative and business matters to aiding the work efficiency of the supervisor(s), such as: handling contacts; mail routing and following –up on work, producing document, and correspondence, preparing for meetings, taking minutes, monitoring schedules, making travel arrangements, filing documents, taking care of personal banking matters and miscellaneous errands.2. Recognize, comply and handle work based on the company’s principles, policies, procedures and guidelines.
3. Coordinate supervisors’ work within the team and with others.
4. To attend the day to day requirements of the team and provide administrative support including arranging meetings, managing office supplies/ canteen supplies, and travel schedules of the team.
Requirements:
1. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
2. No. of Years of Experience: 2-3 years
3. Professional Exposure:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with pleasant personality
- High proficiency in English communication & correspondence
Preferred previous experiences
- Experience in multi-cultural environment is an advantage
4. Functional/Technical Skills - Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft office) and office equipment knowledge
5. Skills Sets Required:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with pleasant personality
- High proficiency in English communication & correspondence
- Very good attitude & self-motivation, service minded
- Initiative and proactive
- Good composure under pressure / Work commitment & Accountability
