Requirements:
- 2+ years work experience in recruitment field;
- Good verbal and written English,German is a plus;
- Familiar with PRC labor & tax laws and regulations;
- Excellent cross-cultural/global communication skills;
- Strong capability in planning and organizing projects;
- Familiar with different recruitment channels and their effectiveness;
- Good understanding of government policy and regulation;
- Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style;
- Self-initiative, Independent,

Rosponsibility:
C&B:
Plan and develop compensation and benefits policies in line with company strategy against the cost target under the guidance of HR & Admin Manager;
In charge of the implementation of all compensation and benefits policies and procedures;
Formulate benefits and insurance schemes for the employees;
Monthly payroll and taxation, social insurance as well as welfare fund payment to the government;
Administrate employees’ supplemental benefits including supplemental medical insurance, supplemental housing andsaving plan, oversea travel insurance and other related benefits;
Conduct the annual local market compensation survey among major foreign multinational firms to identify market competitive position accurately;
Provide guidance and support to line managers on compensation and benefits issues.
