Job Description

- Daily schedule, calendar updating for General Manager
- Business or private phone calls, email handling
- Internal or external meeting organizations, taking meeting minutes
- Translation for conference, contracts or other documents
- Domestics or overseas travel itinerary design for General Manager
- Customer, suppliers, meeting, entertainments coordination
- Assistance on personal issues of General Manager
- Employees attendance record management
- Employees annual leave/sick leave record
- Job posting, sourcing, screening and arrange interviews
- Team building/event organization on quarterly or yearly basis
- Company licenses updated.
- In charge of office general administration / purchasing issues
- Other tasks given by General Manager

Job Requirements
- Start immediately
- Dynamic, proactive and capable of working under pressure
- Native Mandarin, Excellent written and spoken English
- Speaking French will be a plus
- Experience/knowledge in logistics/forwarder industry will be a great plus
- Good communication skills, good presentation
- Good Knowledge and skills of MS Office software
- Strong organizational skills, high flexibility and efficiency, sense of confidentiality
- Can work under high pressure
