Duties &

Responsibilities:

Provide financial analysis on General Operation Expense (GOE) on both country and branch side; smooth the expense application process, verify the cost center, remaining budget and authority status; and specify the expense items in budgeting breakdown worksheet. Acts as a financial business partner and advisor by offering analysis, support and recommendations to management, profit and cost centers.

Plays a key role in:

· Smooth and standardize expense application process.

· Perform daily checking on payment voucher submitted to CHO.

· Analyze on monthly, quarterly and annual GOE reports and provide solid commentary, including the variance to budget/prior and estimation;

· Lead quarterly and annual accrual process and ensure to correct reflect current period result.

· Ensure a clear understanding on the GOE booking logic under different reporting basis.

· Specify the expense item with clear breakdown in Annual Budgeting;

· Work with team to prepare and update rolling forecasts, Board Meeting material and other management regular requirements;

· Challenging the bottleneck of current process and providing recommendation for corrective actions as needed;

· Developing ad hoc financial analyses for management and/or the business, as needed;

· Coordinating with regional Office in financial analyses and business reviews

Candidate

Specification:

Knowledge of financial and accounting would normally be obtained through a Bachelor's degree in a financially related field, or equivalent experience. CPA preferred.

· Financial and business analysis or reporting experience;

· Well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Must be sharp, intellectually curious, deadline focused and motivated.

· Comfortable with fast-paced, demanding environment.

· Over 3 years experience in Finance as expense accounting or expense analysis role
