IT Business Services organization consists of following application and IT infrastructure teams:

？ SAP Applications providing applications like GFP, Sell IT, GlobalONE, Purpro, PlyERP
？ Package Applications providing applications like GMES, Move IT and almost 100 smaller solutions
？ Custom Applications providing applications like FOR IT and Label Business solutiofns
？ Information Applications providing applications like MIS solutions, EDI and integrations
？ Servers and Storage team managing all Data Centers and computing platforms globally and locally


IT Business Services teams are located in IT Service Centres in Changshu, Krakow and Tampere:

SAP Applications is part of IT Business Services organisation and responsible for globally used SAP applications as well as outsourced application management. SAP Application consists of three main areas:
？ External Services
？ Coordination and governance of outsourced application management and other support provided by vendors.
？ Shared Services
？ One team for technical support and coordination (e.g. Authorisations, Basis, Programming and Cross Applications) common for all SAP applications.
？ SAP functional support
？ Four teams (SAP team (Pine) in Tampere, SAP team (Birch) in Krakow, SAP team (Spruce) in Krakow and SAP APAC team (Aspen) in Changshu) providing functional support for the following main competency areas: Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, Human Resources, Materials Management and Plant Maintenance.

Job holder will be mainly responsible for day-to-day operational support, enhancements, projects contribution in SAP Material Management area. He/she will be closely working with SAP teams in other global services centres in Europe to serve the business globally.

Main tasks & responsibilities

？ Provide day-to-day operational support for incidents, requests, making sure response & resolution is meeting SLA (Service Level Agreement) target.
？ Identify reoccurring issues and perform root cause analysis, targeting to bring about continuous system improvement.
？ Integrate to business key user network to incorporate effective two-way communications for any relevant issues, improvements & actions follow-up.
？ Provide consultancy to business, clarify new business requirement.
？ Participate in projects where there is a need.
？ Global shared responsibility of service with peer team members from other Service Centers in Europe.
？ Create and maintain documentation and training material.

Requirements

？ Bachelor degree or above in IT related major or business administration.
？ Good domain know-how on business processes in area of Material Management.
？ At least 2~3 years’ experience (project or user support) in SAP MM module. (for senior positions 5+ years required.)
？ Good interpersonal skills & team player.
？ Good English communication skills both for verbal and written. (CET 4 or above required)
？ Good knowledge on IT processes, e.g. ITIL
？ Willing to travel, domestically and internationally.

Location of the position is Changshu, China. Position holder will report to Manager, SAP Applications APAC
