职位描述

Job purpose:
1. Responsible for the successful execution of the project by facilitating the interfaces and coordination between the client, contractors and partner.
2. In charge of the sales and marketing activities for Subsea business segment.
3. To ensure achievement on the order intake revenue and gross margin targets.
Hierarchically reports to: Operations Manager
Operationally reports to: Project Director and Sales & Business Development Manager

Must have:
1. Degree in Engineering.
2. 5 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
3. Experience with CNOOC/COOEC
4. Good technical understanding of Technip Subsea’s products and services and good understanding of worldwide capabilities.

Nice to have:
1. A good understanding of the principles of contracts law and business ethics and the contractual / commercial principles adopted within the industry.
2. Good negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
3. Good personal and business organization skills.
4. Basic knowledge of oil and gas standards / regulations / procedures is preferred.

PROJECT INTERFACE MANAGER
1. Maintain the satisfaction of client by developing an appropriate relationship with Client and Partner and facilitating the interfaces and coordination between client and contractor (Technip and partner).
2. Provide a good over view of the local supply chain market and assist in the procurement / subcontracting strategy for client in China.
3. Develop good relationship with client, partner and contractors and identify client's main areas of concerns or project opportunities.
4. To assist the project management team in identifying the adequate local support then facilitating the placement of local subcontracts and purchase orders.
5. To assist the project management team in clarifying the local requirements.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1. Maintain Technip, Subsea contacts and market presence to provide Technip, Subsea with the best opportunity of securing business.
2. Relationships with clients are developed and maintained at project and management level, securing a reputation of being a leading provider of technologies, solutions and contracting services to the offshore oil and gas industry.

3. Technip, Subsea has the best possible overview of and relationship with competitors and potential partners to develop strategies to enhance the chances of winning targeted projects.
4. Identify, target and prequalify for projects.
5. Spend time with key clients formally and socially at both project and management level.
6. Develop proposed strategies for the targeted prospects.
7. Spend time with potential competitors and partners.
8. Prepare pre-qualification documentation and expression of interest to clients for offshore and downstream projects.
9. Maintain awareness of and compliance with the management system procedures which directly affect the work undertaken.
