1) Drive CTC win rate to meet plan ( KPI 40% win rate )
2) Acieve CTC Score of 6 or above
3) Deliver excellent customer satisfaction ( Min Rating 4 in CS survey )
4) Promotion of Earthwise system applications ( Training, Technical proposal , best practice sharing etc.. )
5) Provide specs review and support sales to propose system alternative such as EWS to create differentiating value to bidding projects.
6) Track large project progress ( in coordination with COJO team) in terms of winning chance and areas of value add ( Bi-Weekly review)
7) Act as technical consultants to sales , guiding and supporting them on Plan & Specs.
8) Keep abreast with new technology development , and refresh/upgrade knowledge expertise to stay relevant and maintain competive edge .
9) Create user-friendly catalogue of technical literature ( product, applications, controls, GB, Fundamentals ? ) for easy reference.
10) Develop structured training course material package ( GTP fundamentals, System selling , HR , EWS etc.. )
11) Provide seminar and customer presentation support ¨C as speaker or providing ppts for reference.
12) CDS promotion and support ( subject to assignment )
13) Proactively engaging sales to build rapport , trust and solid working relationship as a team. Regualr communication and face to face interaction is required. Qualification
Bachelor degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering and major in HVAC.
Strong HVAC system knowledge.
Experience
At least 10 years?ˉ work experience in HVAC
Training experience is a plus
Competencies required
Good communciation skills .
Solid knowledge in HVAC & experience in use of computer software for system design and energy simulaton
Fluency in both English ( written & verbal) & Chinese ( at least Verbal )
Have passion for training
LEED AP or other GB professional certification .
