q Main Objective:

§ Take care of the whole process of international sponsorship and domestic events, ensuring customer satisfaction on meeting arrangement and PM satisfaction on meeting purpose realization.

§ Make effective contact to both domestic and international medical societies, when academic events happen.

§ Ensure the quality and implementation on promotional materials, gimmicks and effective delivery to field force. Enhance the inventory management of these materials.

§ Enhance report and analysis on marketing activities.

§ Create systematic and synergized KOL database.

q Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing implementation:

ü Follow the instruction from PM/PS to follow up with customers, field force and vendors on arrangement of academic events, including but not limit to registration, scheduling, both design and accommodation.

ü Follow up the promotional material, gimmick selection and making. Monitor the quality of these materials.

ü Contact field force to allocate promotional materials.

Analysis and report

ü Monthly marketing report.

ü Activity report: topic, participants, organizing, feedback…

ü KOL database, including basic information, interaction with BHCN and supportive level on product portfolios.

ü Delivery report in terms of area allocation and inventory report on promotional material and gimmick medical/therapeutic point of view.

ü Deliver monthly SFA report in terms of sales behaviour with comments.

q Qualifications and Experience

§ College above, bio-science related major would be a plus.

§ At least 2 years working experience, related working experience as an advantage.

§ Positive, energetic.

§ Good computer skill especially in Excel

§ Native Chinese. Good in English (both read and written).
