Report To: FP&A Director, Asia
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
l To work actively to perform sound analysis on company performance on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Being able to work independently to lead various projects to drive the process automation and efficiency and follow up action plans with local finance managers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Responsible for monthly finance book and operation review preparation and analysis as well as action plans follow up;
l Play an important role in monthly forecast, quarter review, 3-year strategic review and annual budget preparation;
l Take lead in financial model development in Price-Volume-Currency Analysis and working capital forecast;
l Assist FP&A director to develop Credit Control policy and analysis within the region;
l Provide analysis on pricing and customer/product profitability;
l Develop process for new product launch feasibility analysis study;
l Support OCF department for E&O reduction and warehouse productivity analysis;
l Work with FP&A director for company M&A activities;
l Take initiatives in leading various projects to automate and streamline the financial reporting process;
l Liaise effectively with both internal and external departments;
l Complete any ad hoc requirements designated by FP&A director
QUALIFICATIONS:
l Bachelor or master degree in Finance or Accounting required, CPA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
l Minimum 5 years finance working experience and 3 years finance analysis working experience in MNC;
l Solid working experience in reporting software Hyperion is a plus;
l Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software;
l Sufficient English communication skills, both written and verbal are required;
l Ability to lead projects, cultivate, maintain and enhance intra and inter-departmental relationships at all levels in the organization;
l Ability to assimilate information quickly and make sound decisions
