JOB PROFILE
? Under the leadership of Plant Manager
? The effective direction and leadership of maintenance operations and personnel within a high performance team organization by aiming objectives of safety, quality, down time decreasing, service and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Demonstrate personal commitment to the maintenance performance in terms of safety, housekeeping, down time, etc. Manage the safety process to ensure no safety accident.
? Manage maintenance & electric services in support of production operations.
? Manage preventive maintenance system, predictive maintenance system
? Control spare parts level and maintenance expense.
? Maintain plant equipment files
? Work with the maintenance and production staff in order to reduce the scrap and downtime.
? Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities to continuously reduce maintenance cost while maximizing the efficiency.
? Support & participate in execution, review and make the first approval to M&E part of all project proposal, ensure all project information is well documented for engineering review purpose.
? Maintain good labor relations and employee moral with firm but fair treatment of employees, good communications with an open-door policy, and recognition for performance.
? Conduct performance review for each team member. Maintain progressive discipline to ensure good employee behavior. Maintain high attendance.
? Thoroughly understand the maintenance process. Serve as coach, developer, trainer and technical resource of the department in some area.
? Ensure close communication and good relations with production, quality, logistics and other departments.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, majored in Manufacturing/ Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or other majors related to machinery manufacturing & electric field.
? 8 yrs or above experience as machinery & electric field, and a minimum of 3 yrs or above experience as ME manager.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to bear and manage stress.
? Fluent English, both written and spoken.
? Be familiar with Microsoft office, ISO standards, Lean and 6 Sigma tools.
? Be familiar CAD/CAM application.
