MISSION
? This person will be instrumental in taking the current accounting organization to the next level as part of Panda project, work strategically with business on tax planning and accounting, with potential to succeed Controllership within the next 5 years.
? MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Lead and manage the General ledger, tax and treasury functions within the company
? Involve actively in company's tactical and strategic plans through cash flow management and tax planning.
? Ensure monthly closing is done with the highest standard within the reporting timeline.
? Ensure compliance with local tax, PRC GAAP and US GAAP.
? Proactively provide management with advice on financial implications on business activities and recommendations for management decision making.
? Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Coaches team members (at least three) in skills; leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work
Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MNC or Big 4 Accounting firms
2. Degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting
3. Professional qualification, CPA
4. Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written) to liaise with local authorities and associates outside of China
5. Meticulous and detail oriented, analytical with business acumen
6. Conversant with local tax legislations, experience with HNTE incentive preferred
7. SAP / Khalix experience preferred but not mandatory
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
