IT Procurement Manager（世界500强美国公司，集团亚太区总部职位，良好的职业发展前景）
Location: Shanghai
Title: IT Procurement Manager
Report to: Asia logistics & Indirect Sourcing Director
Job Responsibilities
Achieve annual savings within the commodity target
Keep close contact with internal customer to understand and meet specific needs and requirements for IT product and services in regard of demand scheduling, material/service quality, delivery and purchasing process
Conduct IT product/service market research & analysis
Leading the development and deployment of the SCM sourcing strategy and process for IT product and services
Develop Commodity charter, baseline and market intelligence documents, sourcing strategy and Commodity management approach per Group standard CIPS sourcing process
Provide Commodity leadership and direction to Commodity Sourcing Buyers
Identify opportunities to creat additional value
Job Requirements
Business Administration or IT education with MBA preferred
Over 5 years working experience within a large corporation and have a solid sourcing background in IT categories:
Networking, IT system & hardware, software & IT services etc in a multinational manufacturing company with increasing responsibilities in a multi-site, multi-product environment is required
Working experience in leading international IT companies preferred
Previous experience leading cross-functional teams.
