Process and Project Manager

Location: WeiFang

Responsibilities:

？ Lead technical department to ensure technical supports to operation by solving process/technical problems;
？ Lead for identifying and leading process improvement project to improve plant productivity, stability and cost reduction;
？ Monitoring plant process and operating running in standards;
？ Follow defined project process and system to execute and site manage projects;
？ Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, manufacturing status, installation, field start-up issues;
？ Inspects process and project to ensure the timely and qualified delivery. Monitor field work and controlling project progress and quality;
？ Coordinates with related departments and public authorities to ensure project in compliance with local authorities requirements;
？ Completion of technical projects within negotiating of contract, setting project direction, identifying appropriate resources needed, ensuring project deliverables;
？ Implements project plan and controls project budget;
？ Evaluating equipment/service vendors;
？ Lead quality and lab team to ensure plant product quality meeting customer satisfaction;
？ Lead plant quality system setup and running in high standards;
？ Monitor plant EHS performances and ensure plant EHS in compliance with regulations

Qualifications and Abilities:

？ Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related;
？ Plus 3 years of experiences in chemical process and project management and execution;
？ Ability to work within multicultural and international environment, strong problem judging, solving capability and team work.
？ Be good at in solving technical, process and project management related problems; good planner and organizer;
？ Good written and oral English communication capability.
