Manager of Order Processing Department

Job Summary:
ü The incumbent is expected to take charge of business process of order processing with primary responsibilities in project management, service, order handling, aiming to ensure smooth order execution and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Project Management
ü Overall responsibilities of project management functions in FES to ensure the fullfillment of contractual obligtations of each SYS project and sub-system rebuild/upgrade project.
ü Set up and optimize FES projedct management system (structure, process, operational management etc.) so that all PM activities can be conducted in an orderly, smooth and efficient way while best performance achieved.
ü Organize PM activities, coordinate with relevant dept to ensure smooth hand-over from sales, clear responsibility interface, beneficiary manufacturing & outsourcing arrangement, minimized project risk etc.
ü Serve as a project manager for important projects whenever necessary
ü Track, monitor and control project performance; make project reports in line with management requirement.
ü Continuously develop competence of team members so that they will eventually take over GPM role in the future for VPC-lead system projects.
Customer Service
ü Set up and optimize customer service management system and practice to ensure well-organized, cost effective and professional customer service activities
ü Plan, organize and supervise field service activities such as erection supervision, check-out, commissioning, start-up and/or trouble-shooting, optimization etc. 、
ü Develop service competence of the team so that relevant service can be done independantly while the service quality well accepted internally and externally
ü Responsible for developing service business in particular the rotor refurbishment, press-screw on-site refurbishment as well as system/sub-system diagnosis and optimization etc.
ü Track, monitor and control service activities; make service reports in line with management requirement
ü Offer technical support to sales, application engineering, process engineering from service perspective
Order Handling
ü Offer technical support for order handling of P&S business; - Continuously optimize order handling process, improve added-value of order handling and increase customer satisfactions.
Others
ü Employee selection and placement
ü Cost/expense control of responsible functions
ü Business development planning in related areas
ü Training, mentoring, coaching
ü Finanical performance of the responsible functions
Decision-Making Powers
ü Authority within VPC FES in matters of business processes, organization, development, training of staff, cost control for order processing department
ü Authority to issue directives within VPC FES in matters of new business processes, development plan
ü Approval of cost buget, spendings in related to order process department
