1. Mail goals

- Develop SDV activities in his reporting area in order to achieve assigned budget objectives. His role consists in directing and coordinating the related force. He is in direct relationship with some clients.

- Build and implement sales policy. Organize relationship intra-inter areas with other functions of SDV

- Direct reporting : TAO Sales manager

3. Mail responsibilities

- Build customer loyalty

- Develop SDV portfolio by winning new clients, mainly in oil & gas industry

- Organize answer to main tenders

- Lead competitive market watch and participate to define freight purchase specifications

- Participate to new product’s development and organize their launch

- If the BD manager base on Dongying/Jinan/Yantai, he has to come to Qingdao to make weekly report to direct manager

- At least CNY 2 million gross margin every year on oil & gas industry project

4. Requirement

- Good oral and written English

- Process good communication skills and influence skill

- Minimum 2 years of sales in logistics or trading company
