Manufacturing/Process Supervisor (世界著名美国制造集团总部希望找资深工艺人才送往美国制造基地培训后，旗下事业部小家电，机电设备，工程机械，汽车零配件等，委以重任)
Responsibilities:
Main Competency the candidates should have:
- Very familiar with metal machining process
- project leader experience or potential (know how to lead a project, especially the project transferred from U.S or Europe)
- communication and coordination skill (good at communication with foreigners, like U.S or U.K customers
- Dependent and strong inside-drive
Key Responsibility:
- Select proper manufacturing methods, cutting tool and prepare CNC program
- Drawing convert and machining process development.
- Supplier sourcing and audit with purchasing and quality.
- Perform work study to achieve optimum throughput
- Lead project transfer and coordinate to meet time/quality.
- Ensure the regular maintenance for machine and cut tooling with relative department
- Ensure products are correctly machined, assembled and tested to meet the drawing’s specification and quality standard
- Provide engineering support of the manufacturing if needed.
- Provide the machining training for machinists
Requirements:
- College of Science in Mechanical Engineer, or other related technical degree.
- 3-5 years of machining process engineering experience
- Coach, develop and direct the activities of hourly employees in an evolving team environment
- Influence and lead others in the accomplishment of assigned projects
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team
- Communicate and share information effectively with others in presentations, reports and other media
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Autocad/CAM.Pro-E software ect ; Manufacturing software ERP; Project Management software;
- A qualified candidate for this position must have a demonstrated record of technical and business competence, interpersonal skills, leadership ability and a strong desire for a career in manufacturing or operations.
