R&D Manager研发经理-(英国独资公司,天线及电视机托架方向,多条生产线从国外迁至嘉兴工厂,国内独立开创研发团,投资十亿人名币,嘉兴上班,可提供住宿)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management to the NPI Projects,
Work with UK engineering team to set up NPI project in China factory.
- Make NPI project schedule and ensure project on track, lead project to reach each target.
Work closely with production team to make sure the new products have a smooth ramp up.
- Control and evaluate all NPI process changes
Conduct project and team assessment, facilitates and organizes the project and team structure, and resolves problems.
To define and optimize qualification plan and process
- Summary project status and progress to high management and UK R&D team.
-Provide leadership in development and NPI process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality/reliability products on time to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, Electronic Engineering background
- At least 5 years of R&D experience.
- Must have had 3 years project manager experience
- Experience in leading cross functional effort
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Well organized and have logical thinking
- Initiative and positive personality
- Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
- Good team spirit
