Job Summary:
The main responsibilities are to take charge of fabrication process, productivity and quality improvement in welding line. He/she can get self-fulfillment & make a great contribution to company management through optimization of manufacturing line & production system.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
？ New Product Introduction
a) Layout design according to new product requirement
b) Do cost analysis, fabrication process design, facilities and production system design
c) Construct routing and manufacturing BOM (VPM, SAP)
d) Manage pilot production (Workability & QDC)
e) Implement pre-serial machine production
f) Draw and maintain work instruction sheet
？ Quality improvement
a) Process: Problem solving, following product audit, fool proof installation etc
b) Field: Troubleshooting for quality
c) Securing advanced technology
？ Productivity improvement of fabrication engineering: Process and Layout to achieve sound LOB, line investment, jig & fixture drawing and improvement
？ Maintaining work instruction sheet
？ Development and maintenance of production system
？ Other work assigned by ME Manager
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience:
？ Business oriented person with at least 5 years experience in heavy industry
？ Experience in manufacturing engineering or R&D preferred
Personal Qualifications
？ Knowledge :
? Overall knowledge for manufacturing engineering (process design, improvement, quality improvement)
? Overall knowledge for technical field (drawing reading, jig & fixture design, machine, hydraulic, electric/electronic etc)
？ Skills:
? Available for 3-D, 2-D CAD or basic knowledge
? Excellent problem solving ability in the process of production activities
? Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
? Good character & high competence
? Developed analytic ability and trouble shooter
? Good communication skills
? Good computer skills (Ms-office)
？ Possess core competencies
Education:
College /university or above, major in welding or mechanical engineering
Languages :
Sound English skills both written and spoken
