Asia Pacific - Strategic Analyst Manager - M&A
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research and analysis of the company's current market and competition, new market areas and future market conditions
2. Provide modeling and analytical support to the expansion and growth of business. Investigate into the feasibility of setting up new business opportunities.
3. Analysis profitability of capacity utilization and recommend timing and plan for expansion.
4. Assist marketing department in identifying critical actions that lead to investment grade business.
5. Perform M&A financial modeling, conduct due diligence, involve in negotiations and others as requested.
6. Lead the effort with annual Strategic plan setup, align resources and action plans to develop a viable business plan.
Professional experience/Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree in Business / Engineering / Accounting with a minimum of 10 years of Financial Analysis experience required
2. MBA is preferred
3. Very high competency in financial modeling. Knowledge with decision support model such as "@ risk" is required.
4. Background in business development is desirable
5. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment-a creative thinker.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential
7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
8. Independent yet a team player, result-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Overseas working experiences preferred yet not essential.
