Mechanical Design Manager(欧美独资小家电制造商，亚太区研发中心，大量海外培训机会，薪资待遇优厚）
Responsiblities:
1.Responsible for building an efficient communication bridge to ODM supplier with worldwide design team and cross-function team
2.Responsible for mechanical concept and definition of NPD with worldwide design team to meet PRD
3.Responsible for investigation of ID surfaces and CMF on color, material and finish with tooling engineer and supplier to meet cost target and project schedule
4.Responsible for headset mechanical detailed design with cross-function team and ODM supplier, conduct design review before design release for production tooling
5.Responsible for evaluation potential risks of the design and work out the solutions for the issues found in EB/VB/AB building
6.Responsible for investigation of new technology application in communications product
Requirements:
1.Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
2.Must have at least 8 years experience in mechanical development of consumer electronic products, 2 years experience as a team leader is preferred
3.Proficient at color, plastic and metal materials, finishes, injection molding, metal stamping
4.Good understanding to tolerance analysis and GD&T
5.Must have experience in making trade-off of execution in mechanical and other functions for cost and schedule.
6.Fair understanding and practical experience on mechanical design to meet product reliability and compliance requirements, such as ESD, safety, RF and environmental regulations (RoHS)
7.Proficient at Pro/E as a must, experience in Microsoft office
