Design Engineer-闵行
500强美资企业，因新产品转移中国，扩充R&D团队新招职位，良好的发展空间
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
1. Research - using mathematical modeling to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost effective.
2. Design - turning research ideas into technical plans using CAD/Solid Works software.
3. Testing - collecting and analysing data from tests on prototypes.
4. Modifying designs and re-testing - there are several stages before a product is ready for manufacturing.
5. Reporting - writing or presenting regular progress reports for project managers and clients.
6. Maintain products and data in ERP system and PDM system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE and CERTIFICATION:
REQUIRED:
1. Design engineers to have a minimum of a BS in Mechanical (or Electrical) Engineering;
2. Familiarity with mechanical/electrical products, especially for electrical heater, at least 3 years relevant work experience;
SKILLS:
Strong problem-solving skills
A creative approach for generating new ideas ;
Skilled in AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc software;
An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles;
Excellent communication skills with Chinese and English;
An understanding of manufacturing processes and production methods
ABILITIES:
Good teamwork skills
Able to work under high pressure and time limitations
Be highly organized and efficient
Willing to learn and progress
Being active, creative and innovative is a plus.
