职位描述
· Job Purpose:
To guarantee the providing of services (technical assistance, upgrading kit, repair, training) for pertaining customers, observing given budget, safety regulations in force, quality standards and expected timings, and according to Company policy.
· Major Tasks
Assist technical assistance, upgrading kit, repair, training for customer, so as to achieve the customer services target.
1. Support Customer Service Mgr to define customer service dept. budgeting, based on market information;
2. Initialize feasibility study, according to the Customer's request;
3. Manage the sales process for the local market, defining with the customer the technical specification of the machine and negotiating the commercial aspect;
4. Elaborate quotation, according to the technical specification agreed with the customer and finalizes the contract keeping the objective of the Company's margin objective;
5. Monitor the local market with the objective to watch out technical needs in line with customer's requirement;
6. Work together with the Finance Department to facilitate financial solution in respect to the Company policies and objective;
7. Input all the relevant information into the application system to initiate the execution phase.
Responsible for customer Service Onsite Management, so as to achieve customer satisfaction;
Responsible for providing onsite mechanical parts troubleshooting.
Technical support on machine line to our customers and involvement in engineering and implementing;
Support onsite team, manage time and cost to achieve customer satisfaction;
Interface the customer during the period of machine construction, with the objective to keep the customer update on the progress and share with him potential issue;
· Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (e.g. mechincal, Electrical), or related.
Minimum 3 years engineering support experience.
Three years working experience in integrated system.
Fluent Spoken and written English.
Same industry or paper industry background.
