职位描述
Purpose:
? This position is to take care of the tax compliance of China entities with high quality through the expertise of his/her own and of the China finance/tax team members; to coordinate with both local and state tax bureaus and assist tax manager regarding China operations' tax planning and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
¨ Ensure timely and accurate tax filing for China entities:
- Monthly VAT/BT/Surcharge filings
- Quarterly and annual Corporate Income Tax filings
- Stamp Duty, Land Use Tax and Real Estate Tax filings
- Withholding tax filings for cross-board payments
¨ Ensure timely application for the applicable tax incentives
¨ Effectively communicate with the Tax Manager for any tax matters/issues/exposures/opportunities noticed during the tax compliance work
¨ Effectively communicate and liaise with the in-charge tax officials and other government officials and keep smooth relationship with them
¨ Assist in dealing with internal audit, external audit on the tax part and tax audit by the tax authority
¨ Assist Tax Manager in conducting research and analysis regarding China operations' tax planning, investment and M&A projects
¨ Perform other tax related duties as assigned or required
Prerequisites:
¨ Education:University degree in Tax/Accounting/Finance or other related field
¨ Experience: More than 5 years'experience in corporate tax compliance area either in foreign invested manufacturing company or professional tax/accounting firms
¨ Language: Good command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
¨ Computer: Familiar with MS Office
¨ Special requirement:
- Strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and self-motivated,
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Good analytical and problem solving skills combined with a good working knowledge of accounting and finance
- Strong communication skills and team-work spirit
- Detailed and organized in work
- Familiar with tax filing related systems and standard business software applications
- Familiar with SAP will be a plus
