Main Objective:
1. Overall responsibility for the IT functions in the company.
2. Directly manage a team of IT professionals.
3. Working closely in tandem with the corporate IT functions so as to ensure a high level of quality daily services to the business end user community.
4. Primary responsibility is to the Business Management to support their business needs.
5. To be a thought leader in how to apply and enable the use of key technologies to enhance and forward the strategies of the company.
6. Be a key advisor to senior management on the strategic direction that the IT function should take.

Managing IT infrastructure operations and balance technical and operational needs with internal and external resources.
2.通过公开的沟通和服务水平的改进确保顾客的满意度
Ensuring customer satisfaction through open communication and service level improvement.
3.简化IT的操作过程和改进IT的运作效率
Streamline IT operation process and improving IT operation efficiency.
4.管理和优化局域网/广域网,来更好的维护应用系统.
Managing and optimizing LAN/WAN to better support application systems.
5.在预算内,提前或如期进行项目管理
Managing projects ahead of or on schedule and within budget.
6.整体负责IT的安全,风险管理和IT资产
Overall responsibility of IT security. Manage risks related to IT assets.
7.在不同的水平管理和发展部门团队成员
Managing and developing department team members at a various level.
8.和其他部门合作拓展IT整个地区的指导方针.
Working with other BUs IT team to deploy regional IT guidelines in China.

七年以上与资讯科技有关的经验,至少3年的团队管理背景.
