JOB PROFILE
Responsibilities:
Sales Function:
Sales of the company Components in China with budget and reporting responsibility
Analyse target markets, define potential segments, develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy in order to establish long-term, reliable and beneficial customer relationship for sales of high-quality products
Acquire, analyse and process product specifications regarding technical and commercial requirements of the customer. Establish valuable contacts to decision makers.
Develop strategies and solutions in the team and process them to technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
Negotiate technical and commercial contracts, coordinate and support the internal and external sales network as well as related departments to achieve common success
Report project details and market information for further analysis and development.
Team Function:
Cooperate with team members result-oriented with clear work split, tasks and responsibilities
Ensure proper communication and reporting of technical and commercial details internally, with customers and the company Network
Be a motivated team driver with a sense for opportunities and new developments
