JOB PROFILE
Location: Shanghai – CBD
Report to: CEO(Foreigner)
Job description:
§ Lead a team of marketing communication, product marketing, technical service employees (around 30 employees)
§ To lead China MKT team management and growth strategy development.
§ With the assistance of the Product team, Technical Support Team, MKT Communication Team, lead key business development actions - business plan development modelling for capacity expansion in particular.
§ To lead the MKT dept. as a cohesive unit to achieve product positioning, profit and market share objectives.
§ To integrate MKT efforts with sales team efforts in all aspects - innovation, promotional tools, appropriate research.
§ To drive our innovation plan and communicate strongly with internal teams to achieve our new product launch schedules.
§ Develop new products to ensure company profitability.
§ To soundly implement new business initiatives - business models for new capacity.
§ To take responsibility for driving "non-standard" board sales to affect positive EBIT results.
§ To develop our position against key competitors in terms of image, brand and reputation as the plasterboard expert
Qualification:
§ Relate experience of 10 years
§ Ideally from an industrial or semi industrial manufacturing environment
§ Solid Product Management / marketing process skills
§ Analytical abilities and presentation skills
§ A good understanding of the standard business model - variable and fixed cost, price, contribution, EBITDA, EBIT, NOPA free cash and EV
§ A solid knowledge of value proposition development and marketing planning / execution process
§ Sound use of excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint operation
§ Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
