职位描述
Function - Assist group head with full-cycle execution, including origination, evaluation, research, due diligence, modeling, offering material preparation, marketing, structuring of engagements and transactions
- Identify and screen potential investment opportunities
- Assist group head to manage existing investment portfolio
- Provide financial advisory service and pre-IPO assistance to portfolio companies
Qualifications
- MBA degree from a top-tier school; top 5% of class or bachelor degree from a top-tier university
- 7-8 years of experience in PE/banking/Big 4
- Solid financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling
skills
- Good understanding of domestic and foreign capital markets, as well as applicable legal regulations
- Possess strong leadership and organizational management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and deal negotiation skills
- Responsible, Self-motivated, good management and business development skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English; excellent oral and writing skills in both languages
- Good work ethics, team spirit, work well under pressure
